How to Verify BC.Game Ultimate Dice Results
Step 1: Get your seed data from BC.Game
To verify an Ultimate Dice bet, you need three pieces of data:
- Server Seed (Unhashed): Go to Fairness settings on BC.Game. Reveal your active server seed to get the unhashed version.
- Client Seed: Found in the same Fairness settings. You can use BC.Game's default or set your own custom seed.
- Nonce: Each bet has a unique nonce. Find it in your bet details by clicking on the bet in your history.
Note: You can only verify bets made before you revealed the server seed.

What's the difference between Ultimate Dice and Classic Dice?
They use different formulas. Ultimate Dice scales BC.Game's sliding-window draw by 10,000 and keeps a whole number from 0 to 9,999, while Classic Dice scales it by 10,001 and rolls from 0.00 to 100.00, so the same seeds give different results. Ultimate Dice's formula is the one BC.Game's Dice game uses: the same seeds give the same roll, which Dice shows divided by 100. For example, server seed 0123456789abcdef, client seed dyutam-issue-44 and nonce 0 give 3583 here and 35.83 on Dice.
Why doesn't my verification result match?
Common reasons for mismatched results:
- Using hashed server seed: You need the unhashed (revealed) server seed, not the hashed version.
- Wrong nonce: Each bet has a unique nonce - verify you're using the exact nonce for that bet.
- Seed pair mismatch: The seeds must be the pair that was active when the bet was placed.

How does BC.Game Ultimate Dice provably fair system work?
The verifier follows BC.Game's own Ultimate Dice verification script. It computes HMAC-SHA256 of clientSeed:nonce with your server seed as the key. The first 15 hex characters of that hash, modulo 47, give a start index, and the 14 hex characters from that index become a number. That number is divided by 8 (a 3-bit shift), multiplied by 2^-53 and then by 10,000. The integer part, from 0 to 9,999, is the roll. The outcome was fixed before you placed the bet and cannot be manipulated.
